After firing at 820°C-930°C, the melting glass reacts with the surface of the steel plate to form an inert inorganic combination that has the strength and flexibility of steel, as well as excellent glass resistance to corrosion. As a result, GFS tank offer many advantages over standard epoxy resin tanks or welded and painted tanks. Glass lined steel technology is a high quality coating technology in the tank market. GFS tank is widely used for bioenergy, municipal wastewater, landfill leachate and industrial wastewater treatment.
The GFS Tank is used as the generator of anaerobic reaction,Wastewater is pumped in through the inlet and mixed with the granular sludge at the bottom of the multi-stage anaerobic wastewater processor, and the water is controlled to have a 1d~5d hydraulic retention time through the multi-stage anaerobic wastewater processor by controlling the inlet flow, and the treated wastewater is discharged through the outlet.
