Anaerobic Digester Tank also known as GFS tank, is made of glass fused to steel plate, special sealing material, self-locking bolt and other kit and accessories.
Fusion between steel sheet and glass coating is very important for Anaerobic Digester Tank , because it directly effect the Anaerobic Digester Tank service life. The wastewater enters the EGSB in contact with the sludge at the bottom and most of it is treated and absorbed. The reaction rate and organic load are increased by the high rise rate and the agitation of the gas production. The EGSB has a high organic removal rate of more than 85% and stable operation and effluent.
