Biogas Storage Tank Introduction

The enamel steel plate is made of special steel plate after pretreatment, and then coated with two to three layers of enamel coating on its inner and outer sides, after 820-930℃ high temperature, so that a very strong bond between the coating and the steel plate is formed. The protective layer of the coating formed not only can stop the corrosion of the tank, but also has the function of resistance to strong acid and alkali and very strong resistance to wear and tear. The steel plates are spliced with each other in the form of interlocking steel plates together and self-locking bolts, and special sealing materials are inset between the two overlapping plates to achieve fast and low consumption installation requirements.
The GFS tank can be widely used for food grade drinking water storage, sewage treatment, biogas engineering, dry bulk material storage, petrochemical industry and other industries for sealed storage of gases, liquids and solids.
