EPOXY COATED STEEL TANK is a modular bolted steel tank assembled on-site using specially manufactured steel panels, high-strength bolts, sealing materials, structural accessories and other components.

The tank panels are manufactured from high-quality steel and protected with a high-performance epoxy coating system. The epoxy coating forms a dense, smooth and durable protective barrier on the steel surface, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions.

Compared with conventional welded steel tanks, epoxy coated steel tanks offer significant advantages in fast installation, corrosion protection, easy maintenance and flexible expansion. The modular bolted structure also allows the tank to be transported, installed, expanded, dismantled and relocated according to project requirements.

Epoxy Coated Steel Tank Production Process

The production of epoxy coated steel tank panels generally includes the following processes:

1. Steel Plate Preparation

High-quality steel plates are selected according to the tank design requirements and application conditions.

2. Panel Cutting & Forming

The steel plates are precisely cut, drilled and formed according to the engineering drawings to ensure accurate dimensions and easy on-site assembly.

3. Surface Treatment

The steel surface is professionally treated to remove rust, oil, dust and other contaminants and to provide a suitable surface for epoxy coating adhesion.

4. Epoxy Coating

A high-performance epoxy coating system is applied to the prepared steel surface. The coating provides a strong protective barrier against corrosion and chemical attack.

5. Curing & Quality Inspection

The coated panels are properly cured and inspected for coating thickness, surface quality, adhesion and other quality requirements.

6. Packing & Delivery

Finished tank panels and accessories are carefully packed and prepared for safe transportation and efficient installation at the project site.
