GLASS FUSED TO STEEL TANK is assembled on-site from special enamel steel plates, stirrups, self-locking bolts, sealants and other accessories. The raw material of the steel plate is a titanium-containing enamel hot-rolled plate developed in cooperation with domestic first-tier steel companies, which is formed using fast and low-cost on-site assembly technology.
After the enameled steel plate is fired at a high temperature of 820°-930°, the enamel will fuse with the surface of the steel plate to form a strong and chemically inert inorganic coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
The enamel process is currently the most advanced coating anti-corrosion technology in the steel storage tank market.
